Sales Executive

We are Anglian Home Improvements, the UK's leading home improvement business. We are looking for a self‑starter sales and business development representative to help grow our team.

You’ll receive training and pre‑qualified leads from head office. You'll represent our craftsmen, educating customers about our high‑quality British products and converting quotes into sales.

• Following up on warm sales leads, visiting customers in their homes or using our remote selling framework.
• Giving persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales.
• Educating customers about our products and services, thinking on your feet and cross‑selling where appropriate.
• Working with customers to meet their unique requirements and get the job right the first time.

• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑driven.
• Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours.
• Consistently high‑quality customer service.
• Ideally experienced within home improvements or similar sectors.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.

Uncapped earning potential with an OTE of £75k‑£100k, plus bonuses, holidays, weekends away, sports event tickets, and a full support package. Industry‑leading training, factory tour, and market‑leading commission.
