Overview

Join Doncaster College as a Youth Support Worker Apprentice. Embark on a Level 3 Youth Support Worker Apprenticeship over 18 months plus a 3-month End Point Assessment. Empower students to lead social action projects, develop confidence, and build strong local partnerships.

• Ability to adapt quickly and apply problem‑solving skills.
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and social media.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Passion for youth social action and developing young people.
• Motivated to learn and committed to personal and professional development.

• Complete an 18‑month Level 3 Youth Support Worker Apprenticeship plus End Point Assessment.
• Raise awareness of youth social action and embed it into college culture.
• Coordinate and manage student‑led social action activities in collaboration with local and national organisations.
• Empower students to address local issues and create opportunities for meaningful work experience.
• Build partnerships with community groups, charities, and employers to support sustainability.
