Whether you're fresh out of training or already have some miles under your belt, we’re here to support your journey every step of the way.

Pay, Benefits and more:

Annual salary of £40,716, guaranteed 50 hours/week, 20 days + bank holidays, 1 in 4 rota, week 1 Sunday to Thursday & week 2-4 Monday to Friday, Overtime paid at enhanced rates, Secure parking via Snap, High Street discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, pension & more. Your Role:

• Deliver high-end kitchens to construction sites & private homes across the UK
• 6-8 drops per day with face-to-face customer interaction
• Double manning with a porter
  - Overnight cab sharing required
• 2-4 nights out a week
• Use PDA scanners for delivery confirmation
• Manual handling of goods with support tools (pump truck, sack barrows)

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Full Cat C licence
• Professional appearance & customer service skills

Bonus (can be completed after probation):

• FORs Gold Standard driver training
• CSCS Green Labourer card
