Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join our team in Georgia. The Dialysis Nurse supervises dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training and in compliance with state and federal regulations, fostering a team approach to patient care.
Provides direct hemodialysis care, assesses patients, administers medications, educates patients on renal health and self-care, and coordinates with physicians to ensure continuity of treatment.
