As a Bodyshop Manager you will oversee the daily operations of a very successful repair site. Your role involves:

• Managing the on‑site team of experts – Paint Sprayers, Panel Beaters, MET Technicians, Estimators and all administrative staff.
• Site management, including Health & Safety, Performance Management, Financials and Customer Service, and setting targets.
• Familiarity with Autoflow BMS and Audatex estimating systems.
• Leading by example, promoting a positive work ethic.
• Recruitment and delivering against key performance indicators with senior management.
• Ensuring Key‑to‑Key and CSI targets are met or exceeded.
• Providing strong leadership to direct reports and all site employees to drive performance and achieve financial & operational targets.
• Understanding the business needs, accounts, reports and KPIs.
• Effectively managing site resources and costs to optimise capability and profitability.
• Monitoring individual productive performance to minimise non‑productive time.
• Establishing, maintaining and promoting good working relations with key personnel.
• Holding daily production meetings to ensure work completion targets with team leaders, parts and reception staff.
• Managing work provider and supplier relationships.
• Dealing with any customer issues.

• Previous site‑management experience within the Accident repair industry.
