Assistant Site Manager

Position: Assistant Site Manager (Permanent)
We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join the delivery team on a high-quality residential apartment development near Dorchester

This role is ideally suited to an Assistant Site Manager with proven experience working on concrete frame apartment schemes, specifically overseeing internals and finishing packages.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting the Site Manager with the day-to-day management of the site

* Managing and coordinating subcontractors, with a strong focus on internals and finishing trades

* Monitoring quality, programme, and health & safety standards

* Carrying out snagging, quality inspections, and ensuring high standards of finish throughout

* Supporting progress reporting and ensuring works are completed in line with programme

* Maintaining site records and assisting with RAMS and permits

Requirements:

* Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on apartment developments

* Strong background in concrete frame construction, particularly internals and finishing stages

* SMSTS or SSSTS (minimum)

* First Aid at Work

* CSCS Card (relevant to role)

* Good eye for detail and quality-driven approach

* Strong communication and organisational skills
