Finance Manager

Position: Finance Manager (Contract)
CMA Recruitment Group is currently working with a growing SME organisation based in Dorchester, Dorset, who has a requirement to recruit a Finance Manager on a interim basis. This assignment is expected to last three to four months and will facilitate a handover ready for when the permanent incumbent starts.

Paying a salary range of £50,000 to £60,000 with additional benefits, this is an ideal opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business and be a part of their growth story.

What will the Finance Manager role involve?

Monthly management accounts production including commentary & analysis;
Year-end financial accounts completion including statutory and VAT returns;
Cash flow forecasting with analysis around financial performance;
Some elements of transactional accounting where necessary;
Regular business partnering with senior management to ensure maximum value is added;
Daily management of a small finance function.
Suitable Candidate for the role of Finance Manager;

Previous experience working in a similar Interim Finance Manager role;
An ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent qualification is required;
Manufacturing or technology industry experience is highly beneficial;
Practical experience with team management.
