key responsibilities

• managing the day-to-day running of the bodyshop

• overseeing workshop productivity, quality and efficiency

• leading and motivating a team of technicians and support staff

• ensuring repairs are completed to manufacturer, insurer and safety standards

• managing job flow, deadlines and customer expectations

• controlling costs, parts ordering and workshop performance

requirements

• previous experience as a bodyshop manager or senior workshop controller

• strong knowledge of accident repair processes and bodyshop operations

• proven leadership and people management skills

• good understanding of insurer procedures and kpis

• strong organisational and communication skills
