• Receive and process deliveries efficiently. Accept incoming shipments, check for accuracy, and ensure products are properly stocked and stored to maintain inventory integrity.
• Replenish stock and maintain store presentation. Regularly restock shelves and displays to ensure customers have access to a well‑stocked and visually appealing store environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and store standards. Conduct daily housekeeping tasks, including tidying shelves, maintaining fitting rooms, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the store to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Customer Engagement:

• Build strong connections with customers, engaging with them to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all.

Sales & Performance:

• Work together to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to a high‑performing and motivated workplace.
