Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a committed Stores Operator to join our busy warehouse team.

As a Stores Operator, you will be central to ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Working as part of a supportive warehouse team, you will handle goods in, stock movement, order preparation, and dispatch. The role is suited to someone who enjoys practical, hands‑on work, takes pride in accuracy, and contributes positively to the wider team.

• Picking and packing customer orders ready for dispatch
• Booking in delivered goods and reporting any shortages or damage
• Placing items into the correct stock locations
• Loading, unloading, and moving stock using manual handling or pallet trucks
• Keeping working areas clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
• Inputting stock data into the Merlin system
• Supporting stock counts and annual stock take
• Assisting with returns and product checking
• Providing excellent service when interacting with customers

• Experience in a warehouse, goods‑in, or logistics environment
• Good numeracy and attention to detail
• Basic IT/data‑entry skills
• A positive and flexible approach to work
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
• Pride in maintaining an efficient and safe workplace

• Full-time employment, 40 hours per week
• 21 days holiday plus bank holidays – rising to a total of 31 days with length of service
