Responsibilities- Contact over vragen, opmerkingen en klachten met onze klanten en consumenten, zowel telefonisch als via de mail (1e lijn telefoon)
- Verantwoordelijkheden voor order stadia en controle hiervan
- Administratieve werkzaamheden, bijvoorbeeld overhet onderhouden contact met de klant
