Een regionale sociale dienst in Dordrecht zoekt een casusregisseur voor deze tijdelijk functie. Je ondersteunt gedupeerden van de Toeslagenaffaire door begeleiding en zorgmaatregelen aan te bieden. Je voert intakegesprekken en stelt plannen van aanpak op. De rol vereist een HBO-opleiding en minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in het sociaal domein. Je biedt hulp op maat en hebt oog voor de specifieke behoeften van gezinnen.

Flexibel werken is mogelijk en een bruto maandsalaris tot €4.998 biedt aantrekkelijke voorwaarden.
