Een organisatie voor jeugdzorg in Dordrecht zoekt een jeugdzorgwerker om jongeren van 17 jaar en ouder te begeleiden naar zelfstandig wonen. In deze rol bied je vertrouwen en structuur, en ben je mentor voor jongeren, waarbij je individuele hulpverleningsplannen opstelt. Je werkt in een zelfsturend team met ondersteuning van professionals. Een HBO-diploma en SKJ-registratie zijn vereist. Dit biedt uitzicht op een vast contract met een salaris tussen €2.946,27 en €4.375,20 per maand.
