As a Warehouse First Line Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations while managing a team responsible for goods reception, storage, safety equipment, PPE distribution, mailroom, and administrative processes. You will ensure smooth workflow, strong safety compliance, and high operational standards while fostering a positive and productive team environment.

• Lead and coordinate daily activities across goods received, warehouse management, safety shop, PPE distribution, mailroom, and administration.
• Monitor and optimize work processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, housekeeping standards, and operational procedures.
• Motivate, support, and coach team members to maintain high performance and morale.
• Act as the communication link between staff and management, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
• Respond effectively to operational, safety, environmental, and personnel-related incidents.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on PRs and POs related to materials and inventory.
• Collaborate with facility and logistics teams to ensure operational continuity and inventory accuracy.

• Demonstrable experience managing teams of 15–20 employees in a warehouse or industrial environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to optimize processes.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and internal logistics.
• Ability to manage change, handle uncertainty, and make sound decisions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
• Experience in the petrochemical industry is a plus, particularly regarding safety and logistics standards.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
