Rider Care Representative**.
**** HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
*** Be the first point of contact for riders and retailers via phone, email, messaging, and in person.
* Provide expert support across Specialized’s product range, including warranty, technical queries, and service parts.
* Solve complex issues with rider-focused, creative solutions.
* Build strong relationships with our European retailer network.
* Collaborate with global teams and internal departments to resolve product and rider concerns.
* Occasionally attend cycling events across the UK.
** KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
*** Proven experience in customer service.
* A passion for cycling and basic bike maintenance knowledge (bonus points for repair proficiency!).
* Strong communication and time management skills.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (Oracle and CRM experience are a plus).
* A team-first attitude and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
