The Company is looking for a strategic and dynamic Head of Actuarial Reporting to lead their actuarial reporting function and help shape the future of their business.
- Location: Dorking (Hybrid)

Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- This is a very high-impact role, responsible for delivering actuarial results across Solvency II and US/UK GAAP, and for driving capital forecasting and dividend planning
- You will act as a key voice in senior forums, regularly presenting to Board, Audit and Risk committees, working closely with our US Financial reporting team and external auditors.
- You’ll lead a team of 3–4 direct reports, with wider leadership responsibility across a team of around 10.
- Qualified life actuary with 8+ years PQE
- Strong Solvency II reporting experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience preparing and presenting Board-level papers
