MET Fitter – Accident Repair / Bodyshop

Pay Rate:
Up to £23 per hour
OTE: £60,000+

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and busy car repair bodyshop in the Dorking area, who are looking to add an experienced MET Fitter to their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled MET Fitter to secure a long-term, Monday–Friday role with strong earning potential, regular bonuses, and overtime available.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the strip, fit, and reassembly of vehicles following repair, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with manufacturer and safety requirements.

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm

* Overtime available for those who want it

(No weekends as standard.)

Pay & Earnings

* Basic salary: £53,820

* Quarterly bonus: £1,250

* Annual bonus: £3,000

* Earnings with bonus: £58,070

* With overtime: £60,000+ OTE
