Location: Dorking, Surrey (3 days a week in the office)

Job function: Management and Manufacturing (Events Services)

• Research and design conference agendas, awards programmes and festival‑style elements that reflect industry trends and audience needs.
• Ensure all content supports delegate and sponsorship revenue streams and aligns with commercial objectives.
• Validate ideas through structured research, advisory boards and industry engagement, and track competitors to maintain a market‑leading position.
• Secure senior‑level and C‑suite speakers from OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, policymakers and thought leaders, and manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and delegate teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless delivery of events.
• Oversee all aspects of conference delivery onsite, ensuring sessions run on time and speakers are fully supported.
• Represent the brand to speakers, sponsors and delegates with professionalism and confidence, and handle last‑minute challenges with composure and agility.

• 5+ years of experience in conference production, ideally within automotive, mobility or technology events.
• Proven track record delivering conferences and awards in trade show or festival‑style environments.
• Strong record of C‑level speaker acquisition and stakeholder management.
• Commercially minded with the ability to align content to sponsorship and delegate revenue opportunities.
• Excellent project management, organisational and communication skills; comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Passionate about the automotive and mobility ecosystem with genuine interest in emerging technologies and innovation.
