About the Job

The salary for this position is £25,052 per annum pro rata (based on a 36-hour working week).

Staff will have a primary base and will be required to work across all centres at times.

  • High Ashurst - Mickleham, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6DQ
  • Henley Fort and Angel Blue - Guildford, Surrey, GU2 4RH
About the role

Our Outdoor Learning Instructor (Academy) role is suitable for individuals new to the outdoor learning industry.

We are planning our next cohort to commence in Spring 2026. We are offering 6-month contracts.

Applicants need to have excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport and empathise with others and be confident to lead groups in an outdoor setting.
