Are you a caring and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to work in an outstanding rated Trust? Stashon ward, based at Westminster Memorial Hospital, Shaftesbury are looking for either an experienced or newly qualified Staff Nurse to join our supportive team.

As a Staff Nurse you will be working alongside a multi‑disciplinary team in a 15‑bedded ward providing sub‑acute medical care, rehabilitation, palliative/end‑of‑life care for the local and wider community. Our Elderly Rehabilitation and End of Life Care unit achieved a nationally recognised Gold Standard Framework award for end‑of‑life care. Our team is a close‑knit community and we pride ourselves on always going the extra mile.

We have a full‑time role and are flexible, accepting part‑time applications with a minimum of 15 hours. The shifts are:

• Early – 07:30 – 15:30
• Late – 12:30 – 20:30
• Nights – 20:15 – 07:45
• Weekend and public holidays – enhanced pay

• Pay enhancements for night, weekend and bank holiday working
• NHS pension scheme
• Holiday pay of up to 33 days, plus bank holidays pro‑rata, dependent on service

• Trust beach huts located along the famous Sandbanks coastline

• Qualified Registered Nurse (temporary or full registration) with relevant experience or newly qualified
• Current DBS check (Enhanced); the Trust will cover the cost
• Cannot sponsor Skilled Worker visas for the UK – candidates requiring sponsorship are ineligible
• Commitment to providing the highest standards of care to patients, relatives and carers, with good communication and organisational skills
