What We Are Looking For

Individuals with a passion for customer service and who are energised by working together as a collaborative team within a fast‑paced retail environment. We don't expect all who apply to have previous retail experience, as you will be provided with online and on‑the‑job training.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Ensuring the safety of yourself, your colleagues, and customers in line with company policies and procedures.
• Serving customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Preparing and serving food and drink items from our Wild Bean Café.
• Taking in deliveries, replenishing stock and managing stock tasks.
• Supporting company offers, promotions and loyalty scheme.
• Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities and forecourt.
