We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director to join our growing Government and Public Sector team within Infrastructure & Real Estate Advisory. With a specific focus on central and local government clients, this role will give you the chance to work on some of the most significant and complex real estate and infrastructure challenges facing the public sector today.

The successful candidate will have a track record of working with senior government stakeholders, an understanding of public sector governance, and a passion for delivering complex projects within advisory solutions. You’ll leverage deep sector knowledge and networks to help our client optimise their real estate and infrastructure investments and achieve sustainability goals.

Within our team you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead project delivery on complex, high-profile government real estate and infrastructure projects, managing teams and taking accountability for successful outcomes
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders within central and local government departments
• Manage and develop teams of consultants, providing coaching and mentorship to help them build their careers
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals and helping to build our profile across the public sector
• Work in a stimulating and challenging environment with like-minded people who are at the forefront of their chosen field
• Develop your expertise across estate strategy, capital programmes, facilities management and infrastructure advisory. Particular focus areas include:
• Estate and Asset Management:
  Supporting clients with strategic aims including net zero and improved value for money
• Workplace Strategy:
  Defining requirements for new workplaces and supporting delivery of workplace transformation programmes
• Facilities Management:
  Reviewing operating models and procurement strategies, designing and supporting delivery of optimisation programmes
• Business Case Development:
  Developing Green Book Business Cases to secure funding approval for major accommodation projects.
