Administrator

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Salary: Up to £27,077.51 per annum

Location: Tower Hamlets

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and organised Administrator to join our dedicated team in Tower Hamlets. You will play a key role in supporting the operational team, ensuring smooth administration, accurate records, and excellent service delivery to residents, clients, and colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Operational team and Partnering Manager.
  • Engage with colleagues, residents, and external stakeholders professionally via phone and email.
  • Raise and process orders, ensuring correct certification for each property.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork, ensuring jobs are coded correctly and records are up to date.
  • Produce reports for management, including profit percentages and performance updates.
  • Build effective working relationships with supervisors, housing teams, and contractors to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Support the team with scheduling, record‑keeping, and general administration.
Role Criteria
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and job management systems.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience or background in administration.
  • Background in repairs and maintenance.
  • Experience in call handling.
