Salary: £20,000 basic | OTE £50,000
Hours:
Mon to Sat with a day off in the week, option of one Sat off per month, closed on Sundays

As a Sales Executive, you’ll focus on selling light commercial vans and vehicles, developing business relationships with local companies, and ensuring customers receive the right solutions for their needs. From prospecting and account management to negotiating deals, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new commercial vehicle sales opportunities with business clients
Build strong and lasting relationships with fleet buyers, small business owners, and tradespeople
Tailor sales strategies to match the needs of commercial clients
Negotiate deals effectively to secure long-term partnerships
Upsell and cross-sell finance, service plans, and accessories
Deliver a professional handover experience and maintain aftersales contact
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector preferred
Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused approach
Strong organisational and time management skills
