We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a ground‑mounted solar project. This is a key role ensuring the project is executed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage all on‑site activities for the solar installation project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor progress against project schedule and report regularly.
• Maintain quality control and resolve any site issues promptly.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on renewable energy projects, ideally solar PV.
• Strong knowledge of ground-mounted solar installations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and maintain site discipline.
• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
• First Aid certification (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence.
