Role
Summary:
Our Client is seeking a skilled Fire Testing Technical Technician to join their team at a specialist testing facility. This role is pivotal in performing fire resistance tests on various products in accordance with BS, EN, and ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct fire resistance tests using fire testing furnaces and associated equipment.
* Monitor fire test rigs and software, reporting any errors or malfunctions.
* Measure, analyse, and accurately record data throughout the testing process.
* Maintain precise calibrations and manage documentation to ensure compliance.
About You:
* Previous experience in a similar technical role.
* Strong mathematical and numeracy skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal).
* Some experience in structural engineering is essential.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Own transport is required due to the rural location (no public transport available).
