An exciting opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator with some previous Lettings industry experience to join a respected independent estate agency in Deal : focusing on delivering excellent service and helping to grow the lettings portfolio.

Our client a respected independent Sales and Lettings agency based in Deal Kent is seeking a motivated and professional Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys building relationships and takes pride in providing first-class customer service to landlords and tenants.

• Registering new applicants and matching them with suitable rental properties
• Conducting viewings and following up with applicants to secure tenancies
• Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
• Preparing and processing tenancy paperwork
• Liaising with landlords tenants and contractors to ensure a smooth lettings process
• Supporting the wider team with office and marketing activities
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to lettings legislation

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator (essential)
• Sound understanding of current lettings legislation
• ARLA qualification beneficial but not essential
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident proactive and professional manner
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Knowledge of the local area advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
