Night Shift Order Picker

We are recruiting for a leading and prestigious food service company based in Downham Market.

Due to their continued growth and development they are seeking to employ a Night Shift Order Picker to start as soon as possible.

• 7pm until finish on a 4-day rota

• Finishing time varies between 1am and 6am really does vary depending on how busy it is

• Averaging 32 hours a week at the moment

• Week One:
  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

• Week Two:
  Sunday Monday, Thursday, Friday

• Week Three:
  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

• To pick and process customer orders, ensuring that they are picked accurately, at the correct quality and quantity in a safe manner

• This position reports directly to the Supervisor or Shift Manager but may necessitate working with all departments and personnel within the business

• To pick customer orders, ensuring all orders are picked accurately and to the correct quality, quantity in a timely manner

• Work in a team

• Able to lift up to 25 kilos

• To ensure that you are responsible for and comply with all health & safety legislation - advising your manager of deviations from this or potential deviations which you feel may occur

• To assist in the application of the HACCP function of the business so far as it related to the shift you are responsible for and to ensure that the quality and food safety systems in place are adhered to in operational areas to enable the company to maintain its accreditation status and to comply with current legislation

£13.58 per hour
