New Opportunities for 2 part‑time Administrators based in Downpatrick.

We are currently recruiting 2 x Administrative Assistants to join our team in the Downpatrick area. These are ongoing temporary posts.

There are two part‑time administrative roles available: one based at Struell Lodge, offering 25 hours per week over 3 days, and one based at DRC, offering 22.5 hours per week over 5 days. Both roles with a pay rate of £12.31 per hour.

The successful candidates will provide efficient administrative support, including handling telephone and email enquiries, managing correspondence, maintaining accurate records, data entry, filing, and supporting day‑to‑day office operations. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure a professional, customer‑focused service and smooth running of the department.

• 1 year administrative/clerical experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel or equivalent.
