Purpose
This role exists to bridge the gap between business needs and smart system solutions. As a Business Systems Analyst
, you’ll be responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of improvements to our core business systems—enhancing performance, streamlining operations, and driving competitive advantage. Your work will go far beyond simply maintaining existing tools; you’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve business processes and unlock greater value from the systems we already have in place.
- Deliver solutions that support the entire operation—from factory floor to leadership team—by optimising productivity, enhancing system capabilities, and supporting long-term strategic growth.
- Analyse, design, and implement improvements to core business systems and integrate opportunities to improve business processes and value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all Finnebrogue sites to translate business needs into scalable system solutions, including ERP and MES considerations.
- Provide user support, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption of new or enhanced systems.
- Self-starting, resourceful, and comfortable wearing many hats—from systems analysis and development to user support, training, and change management.
- Hands-on with process design and stakeholder negotiation; able to translate complex requirements into clear actions.
- Ability to listen, collaborate, and drive improvements that deliver measurable business results.
- Experience with refining core ERP and MES systems or shaping new solutions is desirable.
37.5 hours per week, with core working hours Monday to Thursday 10am - 4pm and Friday 10am - 3pm. Initially based onsite in Downpatrick with hybrid working opportunities after full training.
