Trade Sales Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Trade Sales Manager to join our client's automotive parts store in Brentwood. Our client is offering the successful Trade Sales Manager up to 38,000 OTE.

• Competitive basic salary of up to £38,000 with potential for progression
• Monday to Friday working pattern with standard hours of 8:00am to 5:30pm
• Occasional weekends required for automotive events and car shows
• Working within a prestigious industry, specialising in automotive aftermarket products

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
• Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
• Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
• Representing the company at industry events and shows.

• Proven experience in a similar trade sale or B2B sales role within the automotive industry
• Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
• Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
• Experience working in the automotive aftermarket sector is highly desirable
