Interim Finance Manager; Temporary

Position: Interim Finance Manager (Temporary)
A well-established business in Driffield is looking to appoint an Interim Finance Manager to provide short-term leadership and support within their finance function during a key period. This role would suit an experienced finance professional who can quickly embed themselves into the business and add value from day one. The position is paying up to £60,000 (salary equivalent), with some flexibility around working arrangements.
As the Interim Finance Manager, your role will include (but not be limited to):

Managing the day-to-day finance function and overseeing the finance team
Producing monthly management accounts and financial reporting
Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
Providing financial insight and support to senior stakeholders
Reviewing, improving and maintaining financial controls and processes

To be successful in this Interim Finance Manager position, you should ideally:

Have proven experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role
Possess strong technical accounting knowledge
Be confident managing stakeholders and leading a finance team
Be adaptable and comfortable working in an interim, fast-paced environment

We would be keen to speak with individuals currently working as a Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar. You will need to be commercially minded, hands-on, and confident communicating at all levels of the business.
The role is easily accessible from Driffield and surrounding areas, including Beverley, Bridlington, Malton and Pocklington.
