Job Role

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals with good communication skills. You must have a passion for customer care and service with a drive to succeed. Expect to initially start in a field based face‑to‑face (Door to Door) marketing role with the opportunity to progress within the company at a rapid rate.

Are you confident and comfortable striking up a conversation? Are you someone who has excellent rapport building and negotiation skills? You don't need to have sales experience – just an outgoing personality with a love of people.

We are currently seeking bubbly and chatty fundraisers in the Driffield, Bridlington and East Riding area, who will approach members of the public at various venues, businesses or door‑to‑door.

Support the Fundraising Team to raise income and awareness through a broad range of fundraising activity.

• Approach the public at various venues, businesses, or door‑to‑door.
• Promote the Community Scheme to raise funds for local children’s football teams and other good causes.
• Help raise income and awareness through a broad range of fundraising activity.

• Experience in a similar field‑sales or customer‑facing role is attractive but not essential.

• Good customer service and ability to handle rejection.
• Ability to cold‑call on a door‑to‑door basis.
• Highly self‑motivated and looking for opportunity to progress.
• Target‑driven:
  Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, and manage own workload and time.
