Join a Leading Team in Modular Construction We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our Commercial Team based in Brandesburton. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the cost planning and pricing of innovative modular construction projects, working with one of the UK's most forward-thinking offsite construction companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for modular construction projects based on drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents
Collaborate with the pre-construction and design teams to ensure accurate project scoping
Conduct cost analysis, identifying risks and value engineering opportunities
Assist in the tendering process, including preparation of tender documents and submission responses
Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
Maintain an up-to-date cost database and track market trends affecting pricing
Attend project handovers and provide input into project planning and budgeting
Work closely with the Commercial Manager, Project Managers, and Quantity Surveyors to support project delivery and financial planning

Experience, Qualifications &

Skills Required:

Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or a related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a construction estimating role (modular experience preferred)
Strong understanding of construction methods and materials, particularly modular/offsite construction
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Capable of managing workload independently and meeting tight deadlines
