It is responsible for major brands like Mller Corner, Mllerlight, Mller Bliss, Mller Rice, FRijj and Mller Kefir Smoothie and produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.

Logistics Facilities Manager

to lead capital investment projects across our MMID logistics estate (circa £10m budget), ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.

• Lead and deliver capital projects on time, within budget, and to high safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement planned inspection schedules and maintenance strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in site maintenance and compliance.
• Manage contractors and service providers through tendering and due diligence.
• Collaborate with Operations and H&S teams to identify and deliver efficiency improvements.
• Champion sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives across the estate.

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role.

• HNC or equivalent in electrical / mechanical / building services.

• Strong project management, CDM knowledge, contractor management, ROI analysis.

• NEBOSH / OSH membership, BIFM affiliation.

• Influential communicator, detail-oriented, self-motivated, team leader.
