Job Title: Shot Blaster / Overhead Crane Operator

Location: Droitwich

Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift - 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: ?13.50 per hour

Overtime: Regular overtime available

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shot Blaster to join our team at our Droitwich facility. This is a full-time, day-shift role offering excellent overtime opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for surface preparation of steel and concrete products using shot blasting equipment, as well as the safe operation of an overhead crane.

• Operating shot blasting machinery to clean and prepare materials to required standards
• Safely operating overhead cranes to move heavy materials and components
• Loading and unloading materials efficiently and accurately
• Carrying out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

• Previous experience as a Shot Blaster (essential)
• Experience operating overhead cranes (essential)
• Valid overhead crane certification preferred
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
