37.5 hours per week | Shift Options: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Working Days:
Monday to Friday (No weekends)

As a Mechanical / Electrical PCB Assembler, you will be a key part of the Assembly Department, responsible for the accurate and efficient build of electronic, mechanical, and electro‑mechanical products through to final instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble PCBs, electro‑mechanical sub‑assemblies, optical and lens components, and final instrumentation
- Use soldering irons, hand tools, light electrical tools, and designated equipment
- Assist with optical alignment, testing, calibration, final inspection, and packaging
- Assemble products accurately in line with work instructions and quality standards
- Maintain high standards of Health, Safety, Environmental compliance, and 5S housekeeping
- Report work order progress and escalate any issues promptly
- Support Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to improve product flow and efficiency
- Work flexibly across different tasks and departments as required
- Strong manual dexterity and excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to communicate effectively within a team and across departments
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office / O365
- Previous mechanical, electrical, or PCB assembly experience is beneficial but not essential
- Experience with testing, calibration, or optical alignment is an advantage
