Assistant Accountant

We are hiring a detail-oriented and responsible Assistant Accountant to support daily accounting tasks and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and strong analytical skills.

• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and records
• Handle data entry for invoices, receipts, and payments
• Maintain accurate accounting files and documentation
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Reconcile bank statements and company financial records
• Assist in preparing VAT reports and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations
• Help with payroll processing and employee expense verification
• Monitor petty cash and update daily expenses
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

• Diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (added advantage)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must be currently inside UAE
