HR Generalist, Regional Trainer (Middle East and South Asia)

ZOOMLION is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Specialist with expertise in procurement, inventory management, and financial reconciliation. Skilled in optimizing purchasing processes, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring cost efficiency across operations.

• Record and verify supplier invoices, shipping documents and purchase orders.
• Match purchase orders (POs) with goods received notes (GRNs) and supplier invoices.
• Ensure proper VAT treatment on local and import purchases (UAE VAT compliance).
• Maintain vendor ledgers and reconcile supplier statements.
• Coordinate with procurement and finance departments for supplier payments.
• Assist auditors with stock and purchase documentation.
• Record goods receipt, returns, and adjustments in the accounting system.
• Conduct periodic stock reconciliations with physical counts.

• Education:
  
  Bachelors degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Excel skills:
  Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, inventory tracking templates.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT rules (especially input VAT on purchases and import declarations).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in matching POs, Incor-term, GRNs, and invoices.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounts payable, purchasing, or inventory management.
