We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant (Support & Operations) to assist the finance team in maintaining accurate accounting records, data entry, and routine tasks.
Responsibilities- Manage daily accounting tasks, prepare financial reports, ensure VAT compliance, and coordinate with teams using Business Central and Tally.
- Manage complete Accounts Receivable cycle, ensure tax‑compliant invoicing, monitor accounts, and support audits with strong accounting and ERP skills.
- Prepare financial statements, maintain general ledger, reconcile bank statements, and assist in budget preparation.
- Conduct payroll, account reconciliations, and data analysis while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time, develop project plans and ensure effective communication while managing financial reporting and internal controls.
- Support accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and audits, maintaining records and supporting audits.
- Ensure compliance with multi‑currency transactions and accounting software.
- Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and investments while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Assist with VAT filing, support journal preparation, and provide strong accounting knowledge.
- Perform general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations while ensuring compliance with UAE VAT and company policies.
- Lead accounting operations ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations and IFRS, managing financial reporting and analysis.
- Oversee financial operations, prepare statements, manage budgeting, supervise staff, and keep proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Office.
- Support procurement and admin tasks in construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or CMA certification.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Business Central, Tally, Tally Prime, ERP
9. - Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, IFRS and accounting standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English, fluent in Hindi (if necessary).
- Experience in multi‑currency transactions, payroll, and budget preparation.
