Accounts Supervisor - Receivable

Summary

As an Accounts Supervisor - Receivable, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable function within the finance department. You will ensure accurate and timely invoicing, collection of payments, reconciliation of accounts, and management of financial records related to accounts receivable.

• Supervise a team of accounts receivable clerks to ensure efficient and accurate processing of invoices and payments
• Monitor aging reports, follow up on overdue payments, and implement collection strategies
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and provide insights to the finance management team
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to address billing and payment issues

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven work experience as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
