Freelance Part-Time Accountant; UAE

About Vachi Storage

Vachi Storage is a premium self-storage company based in Dubai, serving both personal and business clients. We require a reliable, detail-oriented accountant to manage monthly reporting, compliance, and reconciliations.

You will be responsible for
end-to-end monthly accounting and compliance
, including:

• MonthlyP&L and Balance Sheet
  preparation
• VAT filing
  (UAE FTA compliant)
• Corporate Tax support
  (record-keeping, computations, filings as required)
• Full reconciliation of all payments
• Ensuring all revenues reconcile correctly across systems
• Maintaining clean, auditable books
• Attending
  one in-office meeting per week
  in Dubai (mandatory)

• Maximum~700 transactions per month
• Multiple payment channels (must be comfortable reconciling mixed inflows)
• Ongoing, recurring work (not a one-off cleanup)

• Proven
  UAE accounting experience
  (VAT is mandatory)
• Strong reconciliation skills (Stripe + POS + bank + cash)
• Experience producing accurate monthly financial statements
• Familiarity with UAE
  Corporate Tax
  framework
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
• Ability to explain numbers clearly and flag issues early

• ACCA / CPA / CMA qualification
• Experience with storage, retail, or service-based businesses
• Experience taking over and maintaining existing books
