Join Dubai Autism Center (DAC) as an Accountant and play a critical role in ensuring financial integrity and compliance while supporting our mission to make a meaningful impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and tax requirements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Manage payroll, employee benefits, and expense reimbursements.
• Coordinate with auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.
• Maintain and optimize accounting software and financial databases.
• Provide detailed financial analysis, reports, and recommendations for cost efficiency.
• Support internal financial policies, controls, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably in non-profit, healthcare, or corporate sectors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, and accounting software.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Male candidates preferred.
