Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred

* Experience:

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in Dubai, UAE##

Key Responsibilities
* Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations
* Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records
* Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
* Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets
* Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations including VAT filings
* Work closely with the management team to support financial planning and analysis## Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in Dubai, UAE
* Experience in Dubai’s real estate industry is required, with exposure to Brokerage and Holiday Homes operations
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT regulations, and financial reporting
* Proficiency in Zoho Books and other accounting software
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel## Benefits
