As a Service Advisor
, you’ll act as the main link between customers and our service team - handling vehicle intake, preparing job cards, coordinating repairs, and keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- Prepare DMS job cards and record customer details and concerns.
- Inspect vehicles and note damages or missing items.
- Coordinate with the foreman on repair requirements and timelines.
- Keep customers updated and maintain WIP reports.
- Evaluate warranty eligibility and secure repair approvals.
- Advise customers on service needs and vehicle performance.
- Support colleagues and ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar automotive service role.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
- Strong communication, computer, and customer service skills.
- Technical certifications are an added advantage.
