Construction Manager vacancy in Dubai UAE

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Dubai. You will work closely with contractors, architects, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your main duties will include creating project plans, monitoring progress, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

You will also be responsible for managing project finances, negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

• Develop project plans and timelines
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Coordinate resources including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Manage project finances and budgets
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status
• Conduct site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
• Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential risks

• Previous experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of project management principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership abilities
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
• Experience working on construction projects in Dubai (desired)
