Job DescriptionA Steel Fixer must have an understanding of construction blueprints and technical drawings for accurate steel placement, proficiency in measuring, cutting, bending, and shaping steel reinforcement bars (rebar), and knowledge of proper alignment, spacing, and securing techniques. Experience in steel fixing for specialized structures such as bridges, high‑rises, and foundations is required. Familiarity with construction site safety standards and best practices is essential.
The Steel Fixer must also collaborate closely with other construction teams to ensure seamless project execution, work efficiently in challenging site conditions while maintaining accuracy and safety, and have at least 2 years of proven experience handling steel reinforcement tools and equipment.
