We are looking for a Site Supervisor who plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of construction projects within the UAE’s dynamic built environment for a billionaire client in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. The ideal candidate will be a detail‑oriented professional with a proven track record in managing on‑site teams, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining strict adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

With 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in the UAE construction sector, the Site Supervisor ensures seamless workflow, efficient resource allocation, and timely delivery of project milestones. This role is essential to maintaining operational excellence, minimising delays, and upholding the project’s reputation for quality and safety.

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities across multiple trade disciplines to ensure alignment with project schedules and deliverables.
• Manage and lead on‑site labor teams, including daily task assignments, performance monitoring, and workforce accountability.
• Monitor material delivery, storage, and usage to prevent shortages, waste, and cost overruns.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely execution of their scope of work, resolve conflicts, and maintain seamless integration.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date site records, including daily reports, progress logs, and safety documentation.
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in line with UAE OSHA standards and project‑specific protocols.
• Identify potential risks, delays, or quality issues early and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the site team, project management, and client representatives.
• Support the Project Manager in preparing progress updates, milestone reports, and change order documentation.

• Minimum 4–5 years of hands‑on experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the UAE construction industry.
• Proven experience managing multi-trade construction sites, including residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and technical drawings (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Excellent knowledge of quality control processes and inspection protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to manage labor, subcontractors, and material logistics efficiently.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, or similar).
• Valid UAE driving license and ability to work on‑site under varying weather and site conditions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent professional certification).
• Experience with UAE‑specific regulations, including Dubai Municipality and Abu Dhabi HAAD/DM approvals is highly advantageous.
