A growing organization within the construction and civil engineering industry is hiring a Civil Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day civil site operations and ensure execution as per approved drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily civil works on-site, including structural, finishing, and external works.
- Coordinate tasks with foremen, subcontractors, and engineers.
- Monitor progress, manpower allocation, and material requirements.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Report site progress and challenges to the Project Manager.
- 4–8 years of civil site supervision experience in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and site execution.
- Ability to lead teams and enforce safety protocols.
