Civil Site Engineer

Overview

One of our clients in Dubai is looking for experienced Civil Site Engineers for G+4 and G+12 building projects. Please find the details below:

• G+4 Site Engineers
  :
  Minimum 6–8 years of experience in civil construction, particularly in G+4-level building projects. Must possess strong site execution skills, be a proactive team player, and have excellent knowledge of construction operations, site coordination, and project management activities.
• G+12 Site Engineers
  :
  Minimum 8–10 years of experience in high-rise building construction projects. Should have proven expertise in structural works, finishing activities, quality control, and safety compliance. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to effectively manage manpower and ensure timely project delivery.

• Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and manage manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve timely project milestones.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with project requirements.
• Review and verify construction drawings and report discrepancies or technical issues to the project team.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material requests, and site documentation.
• Supervise subcontractor work and ensure completion within defined timelines and budgets.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical input for construction challenges or design clarifications.

• G+4 Site Engineers
  :
